Important: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
1. No Return / No Refund
J H Urban Weaves does not accept product returns and does not provide refunds
once the order has been delivered.
2. Size Replacement Policy
We only provide replacement in case of size issues, subject to the following conditions:
- Replacement request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
3. Replacement Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details
- Our team will verify the request
- Replacement will be arranged accordingly
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Used or damaged products
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
5. Delivery Charges
Additional delivery charges may apply for replacement requests, depending on location.
